IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE SUBMITTING:
Please submit form and dues payment of $35 by September 1, 2023 to receive/extend full membership benefits through September 1, 2024.
If you are paying dues and/or making a contribution to the guild, the treasurer will send a PayPal invoice to your email address. This invoice can be paid online with a debit card, credit card, or PayPal account.

Whenever you need to update your name/address/phone on file with the guild, select “Contact info update only” under Membership Status.
Deadline to be listed in the Annual Directory is September 30.
